Traceability

All raw materials, components and tests in GRC solutions are traced through proprietary management software that ensures traceability of material and record of testings during the production process and after shipment

Testing

Through qualifications of in-house personnel and with the support of our partners, any non-destructive testing required by customer can be carried out. These include:


  • Hydrotest up to 800 barg
  • Leak test
  • Dye penetrant / Magnetic particle examination
  • Positive Material Identification (PMI)
  • X-ray
  • Ferrite test
  • Boroscopy
  • Cleanliness check

Certification

GRC solutions can produce pressure equipment according to PED and verified by Notified Body.

All our welding qualifications are according to ASME and EN codes with constantly updated specifications
